Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Wherever these terms appear, they carry the meanings set out below.

"Platform" / "cu9"Refers to the cu9.club website, its subdomains, and any associated applications operated by cu9.

"Player" / "User" / "You"Any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the cu9 platform, including for wagering, gaming, or any other purpose.

"Account"The individual registered account created by a Player on cu9, associated with a unique username, mobile number and BDT wallet.

"Balance" / "Wallet"The BDT-denominated funds held within a Player's cu9 Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.

"Bonus"Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer or other non-cash incentive granted by cu9 to a Player's Account.
Eligibility and Registration
Access to and use of the cu9 platform is restricted to eligible individuals who meet all of the following requirements. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each condition listed below.
In addition to the age requirement, all of the following conditions must also be met before you may use the cu9 platform:
- You must register using accurate, complete and truthful personal information, including your real name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
- You must be the lawful holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on your Account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank account).
- You are permitted to hold only one cu9 Account. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
- You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could cause harm to cu9, other players, or third parties.
- You must not attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches or malfunctions in the platform software. Any winnings derived from system errors are not valid and will be voided.
Account Registration and Security
Each Player may hold exactly one Account on cu9. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. cu9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
cu9 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where we reasonably believe that the Account is being used by someone other than the registered holder, or where we suspect that registration information is false, misleading or incomplete. You must notify cu9 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
- Provide complete and accurate registration information, including your full legal name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
- Keep your password and any one-time SMS codes confidential at all times. Do not share them with any third party.
- Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for an additional layer of account security.
- Notify cu9 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on cu9 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). cu9 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by cu9 — you deposit and withdraw in BDT via the payment methods you already use, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.
The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on cu9:
- Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. Processing times may vary for bank transfers, which are typically completed within the same business day.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
- cu9 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
- You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
- cu9 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banks) that are outside cu9's control. cu9 will notify affected players of any known delays as promptly as reasonably practicable.
- cu9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, cu9 may retain funds pending investigation and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.
Funds deposited into your cu9 Account are held for gaming purposes only. cu9 is not a bank and does not pay interest on Account balances. cu9 is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary or involuntary Account closure.
Bonuses and Promotions
cu9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Bangladesh players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are communicated at the time the bonus is granted. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by cu9:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the Account holder to whom they were granted. Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process.
- cu9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account and currently subject to active wagering.
- Where cu9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play with other players, or low-risk hedging strategies — cu9 may void the bonus and any associated winnings and may restrict future bonus eligibility for that Account.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new Players only. Existing Players who create a second Account to claim a welcome bonus will have both Accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games available on cu9 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules and RTP (Return to Player) information, which are accessible within the game interface. cu9 does not alter game outcomes — all results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) operated by the respective game providers.
The following general conduct rules apply to all gameplay and sports betting activity on cu9:
- Bets placed are final once confirmed by the platform. cu9 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections before confirmation.
- In the event of a technical interruption during a live game or live betting session, cu9 will attempt to restore the session to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, cu9 may void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet.
- Sports betting markets for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports are offered on a best-efforts basis. Odds are subject to change up until the point of market closure. In-play (live) betting markets close automatically at the point determined by the respective sport's governing rules.
- Any attempt to engage in match-fixing, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating will result in immediate permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, with no right of appeal.
Responsible Gaming
cu9 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. We believe that gambling should always remain a form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to players seriously. cu9 provides a set of responsible gaming tools that all registered players may access at any time from their Account settings.
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of the tools below or to contact the cu9 support team for assistance. cu9 staff will never pressure a player to continue playing or to increase deposits.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and may only be decreased (made more restrictive) with instant effect; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits and Reminders: Players may set a maximum session duration. cu9 will display a reminder notification when the set session time has elapsed. Players may also enable reality-check pop-ups at regular intervals during active play.
- Time-Out: Players may activate a temporary self-exclusion (time-out) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the Account remains open but no deposits or wagering activity are permitted. Time-outs take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their Account may do so by contacting cu9 support. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed. Once confirmed, a permanently self-excluded Account cannot be reopened.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cu9 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and video — is the property of cu9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from cu9 without the prior written consent of cu9. Any unauthorised use of cu9 materials may violate intellectual property laws and will entitle cu9 to pursue all available legal remedies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the cu9 platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
cu9's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their cu9 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
Account Suspension and Termination
cu9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, cu9 may take action against an Account in any of the following circumstances:
- The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21, or has provided false age or identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- The Account is suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under Bangladesh law.
- The Player is found to have opened or to be operating more than one Account on cu9.
- The Player has engaged in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards cu9 staff or other players.
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and cu9 in its reasonable judgment considers that the breach warrants Account action.
Upon permanent Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding bonus funds and any balance under investigation) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.
Amendments to These Terms
cu9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cu9 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of cu9 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to close your Account and cease using the platform.
